We are a retail bottle shop in Newberg, Oregon, showcasing the best wines of this valley…and beyond. Our shelves are stocked with 200+ small lot artisanal Willamette Valley wines, 100+ half bottles, as well as wines from Champagne, Burgundy, California, Italy & much more. We have a Custom Wine Club & ship nationwide. Onsite cellar.

Andrew never ceases to amaze me with the bottles on his shelves. He has curated and maintained relationships with producers all over the Valley. Looking for a tiny production wine from a cult wine maker? Andrew most likely has it (or will when it`s released). If a winery has some library bottles or a small production and needs a built-in customer base, Andrew is the guy they call. VWM also carries a fun selection of old-world wines that are excellent, such as Burgundies and Champagne.

What`s even better is that Andrew knows his customers...like, really knows them. His memory is mind blowing. I live in Houston and walk in his shop once or twice a year, and he never fails to greet me by name. He remembers the kinds of wines I generally gravitate towards and has wonderful recommendations based on my personal tastes. The vast majority of my favorite wineries were discovered here. If you`re anywhere close to Newberg and enjoy a great bottle of wine, a stop at VWM and a chat with Andrew should be near the top of your to-do list”

A very inspiring visit with John Thomas tasting the 2021 #thomaspinotnoir and walking the vineyard. Such a special place and a pretty thrilling Pinot on deck arriving soon. After a two year gap in releases (no 2020 made), it’s so exciting to spend time with this always gracious, humble & incredibly talented man’s wine again.

For 30+ years, this remains one of the most sought after and legendary wines not only from America, but from anywhere. Tiny production with incredible demand, it is one of the very few wines that lives up to the mystique.
