A couple of aged beauties from the great @eveshamwood just tucked into the shop cellar. Cuvée J is always a treat, and made in tribute to a guiding light of inspiration for founder Russ Raney - Henri Jayer. Just a tiny amount made each year.
2001 was a classic true-blue Willamette Valley vintage full of finesse. 2002 was opulent and a much showier year. In the hands of this legacy winery, they both promise to be pretty memorable! Russ sadly passed away last year, so it is extra special to be able to toast him while enjoying his inspired work.
